Blended Learning Design
We created a program combining self-paced video modules, downloadable templates, and live coaching sessions via the Konsultori Academy platform.
Tailored Coaching
Each of the 6 startups received two mandatory feedback slots, with additional coaching available for half the cohort, ensuring personalized support.
Comprehensive Curriculum
We covered financial plan structure, sales/revenue planning, cost modelling, capital/funding needs, and scenario analysis with hands-on assignments.
