The subject of this declaration is personal data. This is information that can be used to establish the identity of a person. This includes information such as name, address, postal address, telephone number, and email address. 1. Collection of access data/server log files

The provider collects data on every access to the online offer (so-called server log files). The access data includes the name of the website accessed, file, date and time of access, amount of data transferred, notification of successful access, browser type and version, the user’s operating system, referrer URL (the previously visited page), IP address and the requesting provider.

The provider uses the log data without assigning it to the person of the user or otherwise creating a profile in accordance with the legal provisions only for statistical evaluations for the purpose of the operation, security and optimisation of the online offer. However, the provider reserves the right to check the log data retrospectively if there is a justified suspicion of unlawful use due to concrete indications.


2. Data collection of personal data

We undertake to process and use personal data collected in connection with the use of products via the konsultori.com website only for the purpose of providing the service and to take all necessary precautions and measures to ensure data secrecy and data security at all times.

Exception: externally linked websites of third parties. Of course, we comply with the legal provisions of the Data Protection Act DSG2000, the Distance Selling Act, the DSGVO and other data protection regulations.

We collect the following data:

  • Your company data: Company name, company address (street, house number, postcode, town, country) UID.
  • Your contact details: Email address, telephone number.
  • Other data: Your business purpose.

In order to optimise our website, we collect and store data such as the date and time of the page view, the page from which you accessed our website and the like unless you object to this data collection and storage. The data is stored in anonymised form without the user of the website being able to be identified personally. Cookies are also used to collect and store user data. We collect this data exclusively for statistical purposes in order to further optimise our Internet presence and to be able to make our Internet offers even more attractive.

Under no circumstances will the collected data be sold or passed on to third parties for reasons other than those mentioned above.


3. Processing of your data

We observe the principle of purpose-related data use and only collect, process and store your personal data for the purposes for which you have provided it to us.

Your personal data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent unless this is necessary for the provision of the service or the execution of the contract. Even if we commission an order processor, we remain responsible for the protection of your data. We only use processors outside the European Union if an adequacy decision has been issued by the European Commission for the third country in question or if we have agreed suitable guarantees or binding internal data protection regulations with the processor.

We delete your company, contact and other data after all legal retention obligations have expired. Please note that we do not delete your data during ongoing proceedings (appeals, outstanding invoices, etc.).

  • to inform you about news concerning our services

  • for such other purposes as we may advise you and to the extent permitted by law


4. Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics. This is a service provided by Google Inc (“Google”). Google uses “cookies”, which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyse how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website (including your IP address) will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. The IP address is then shortened by Google by the last three digits so that a clear assignment of the IP address is no longer possible. Google observes the data protection provisions of the “US Safe Harbor” agreement and is registered with the “Safe Harbor” programme of the US Department of Commerce.

5. Hotjar

We use the Hotjar software (https://www.hotjar.com, 3 Lyons Range, 20 Bisazza Street, Sliema SLM 1640, Malta, Europe) to improve the user experience on our websites. Hotjar allows us to measure and analyse user behaviour (mouse movements, clicks, scroll height, etc.) on our websites. For this purpose, Hotjar sets cookies on users’ end devices and can store user data such as browser information, operating system, time spent on the page etc. in anonymised form. 6. Hubspot

This website uses Hubspot to send newsletters. Hubspot is a service that organises and analyses the sending of newsletters. The data you enter to receive newsletters (e.g. your email address) is stored on Hubspot‘s servers in the EU.

Our newsletters sent with Hubspot allow us to analyse the behaviour of newsletter recipients. Among other things, we can analyse how many recipients have opened the newsletter message and how often which link in the newsletter was clicked. With the help of so-called conversion tracking, we can also analyse whether a predefined action (e.g. purchase of a product on our website) has taken place after clicking on the link in the newsletter. Hubspot also enables us to divide the newsletter recipients according to different categories (“segmentation”). Data processing is based on your consent. You can revoke this consent at any time by unsubscribing from the newsletter. The legality of the data processing operations already carried out remains unaffected by the revocation. If you do not want Hubspot to evaluate your data, you must unsubscribe from the newsletter. For this purpose, we provide a corresponding link in every newsletter message. In addition, you can also unsubscribe directly on the website. 7. Typeform

We use the service provider TYPEFORM S.L., with headquarters at Carrer Bac de Roda 163, 08018 Barcelona, Spain, to collect user responses. Typeform is subject to the data protection regulations of the European Union. By participating in a survey, the user’s IP address, information on the time and duration of the survey and the information provided by the user in the survey form are transmitted to Typeform. 8. Calendly und Google GSuite Kalender

To facilitate the scheduling of appointments, we offer the possibility to use the service of Calendly on our website. The service provider Calendly LLC has its headquarters at1315 Peachtree St NE, Atlanta, GA 30309, USA. We trust in the reliability and IT and data security of Calendly. Calendly is certified under the US-EU data protection agreement “Privacy Shield” and thus undertakes to comply with the EU data protection regulations. Furthermore, we have concluded a “Data Processing Agreement” with Calendly. This is a contract in which Calendly undertakes to protect the data of our users and to process it on our behalf in accordance with its data protection provisions. Behind Calendly, we use the GSuite calendar hosted by Google for in-house management of appointments. Your email address is transmitted for the management of calendar invitations. 9. Eventbrite

We link from our website to events offered on the Eventbrite platform.

Eventbrite stores personal data on servers in the USA. To ensure that personal data from the EU can be transferred to Eventbrite’s servers in the US in compliance with the law, Eventbrite undertakes to comply with the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) in accordance with Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2021/914 of 4 June 2021.

10. Data security and encryption

To ensure maximum security, konsultori is hosted on alfahosting’s servers in Germany.

The connection between your device and the alfahosting servers is secured by 256-bit SSL encryption. This is the same standard that banks rely on for online banking and payment service providers rely on for credit card payments.


11. Right of information and revocation

You can obtain information about the data we have stored about you free of charge and without giving reasons at any time. You can have this data blocked, corrected or deleted at any time and object to the anonymised or pseudonymised data collection or storage for the purpose of optimising our website, provided that there are no legal or contractual reasons to the contrary.
