What’s new in Scaling Readiness Run’s upcoming edition
Starting this year, we’ve separated Product-Market Fit and Sales into two distinct chapters to place greater emphasis on each area. To strengthen our focus, we’ve brought on two seasoned experts: Cornelia Mueller and Tim Birdsall, who each bring extensive experience and deep expertise in their respective fields, bringing ready-to-use tools and templates to you.
Alongside Cornelia and Tim, our long-time trainers are still part of the program. Petra Wolkenstein brings years of experience in financing, strategy and Go-To-Market and helping tech companies grow, while Michael Kubiena focuses on people and culture, working on things like strategic HR, compensation, and performance management.
