We are proud to share that Konsultori has been recognised as one of Austria’s Top Consultants in 2024, 2025, and 2026 by the IMWF Institute (Institut für Management und Wirtschaftsforschung Austria), in cooperation with KURIER. For us, this is not just an award. It reflects the work we do every day with startups, accelerators, and SMEs across Austria and beyond.
What the Award Measures
The IMWF study is one of the most rigorous independent assessments of Austria’s consulting landscape. In 2024, around 2,500 companies were evaluated. By 2026, the scope had grown to 4,300 companies and 62,000 online reviews, with a cumulative online reach of 30 million. The methodology combines public reputation analysis across social media and review platforms with direct self-assessments from participating firms. Companies are ranked by overall score within their category. Konsultori is listed each year in the Management Consultants category for Vienna.
Winning once is a strong signal. Winning three times in a row means the quality is consistent.
What This Recognition Reflects
This recognition reflects the founders and SMEs we’ve worked with at pivotal moments. For startups and scale-ups, that has meant a financing round that needed the right structure, a negotiation where the terms would shape the next five years, an OKR framework that turned strategy into action, or an Employee Value Proposition that made hiring competitive again.
For SMEs, it has meant an exit or succession process handled with care, an organisation design that finally matched the business’s next stage, or a strategy review at the point where an outside, clear-eyed perspective was needed most.

What Has Stayed the Same
Since Petra founded Konsultori more than a decade ago, the core offer has remained consistent: senior advisors with real startup and investor experience who stay involved through execution, not just through the strategy phase. What has evolved is how that expertise reaches people. Our advisory work now runs alongside a growing set of training formats, including blended learning programmes built specifically for accelerators, so that the same depth of experience reaches founders whether they’re working with us one-to-one or moving through a structured cohort.
What hasn’t changed is how we look at a room. We hold three perspectives at once, founder, investor, and accelerator, so the advice we give accounts for what every stakeholder actually needs, not just the one asking the question. And we don’t stop at the strategy deck. We stay to help implement it.
