Over the past weeks, we’ve had the chance to learn from experienced founders, food system experts, and startup mentors who challenged us to think bigger, test faster, and focus even more on real customer needs. From understanding food systems and consumer behavior to refining our channels, KPIs, and growth strategy, every session so far has given us practical insights that we can directly apply to HealthBlokk.
